Hi...

My name is Ken Fields. I have been living on Maui since 1996. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to Oregon in 1969 where I went to college earning a BS and MA degrees. I am currently a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Hawaii. In addition to providing traditional face-to-face counseling, I also offer online counseling which is available here.

I have been a semi professional photographer since the early 1970's. I have done studio portraits, weddings, parties, children, pets, small product and real estate photography. Lately, I favor taking pictures of landscapes, flowers, surfing (that's me with my longboard in the upper right) and other sports as well as, of course, people. Maui is a wonderful location for natural setting portraits.

I enjoy working with people and aim to make the portrait session light-hearted, playful and fun. You will find yourself creatively engaged in the process and having a good time. When you receive the CD of over several dozen images, you will be pleased with the results and glad you took the time to capture some special memories on this delightful tropical paradise island of Maui. For, as it is said, "Maui No Ka Oi!" (Maui is the best!)
