family gatherings and large groups (over 10 people), special

Additional fees may apply to locations outside the normal range of
service (see scheduling and locations page).
Regardless of which
portrait category you choose, you
receive:

pre-session consultation
-
One
location, with a variety of settings and multiple poses. Couples and family sessions
generally include individual and sub-grouping shots as well. A change of clothing
can be an option if desired.

A
collection of quality images
(often several dozen or more) on CD mailed to your home. The CD contains two folders,
one with high resolution images suitable for printing up to 16"
x 20" and one with low resolution pictures suitable for email or
websites. Both folders contain the same identical images.

Special
artistic effects such as vignetting, sepia toned or watercolor/paint on
select images at photographer's discretion (in addition to the
original image) (you may request special effects on specific
images - additional fees may apply).

editing and post
processing work, shipping, handling and sales tax cost.

complete printing rights to all images;
you can reproduce as many as you
like in various different sizes, at cost.

To reserve a photo session, a 50% deposit
is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the
photo session and prior delivery of the CD. Or, you can make a full
payment prior the session and receive a 10% discount. Any of these
payment options: deposit, balance or full with discount, can be made via the drop down Paypal menu within
the appropriate category below.
Before you make any payment, be sure the date
and time
you want is available. You can call or email Maui Island
Portraits to inquire about scheduling, or you can view the Schedule Calendar
to see what days and times are available. Along with your deposit or
discounted
full
payment, you can specify the time and date you have chosen and any
other information, such as specific locations you would prefer. Upon
receipt of the deposit, or discounted full payment, your session
will be entered into the Schedule Calendar and you will be contacted by Maui Island
Portraits to schedule the pre-consultation which can be via phone,
email correspondence, live chat or in person sometime prior the photo session. Post-processing takes about a week.
Mail delivery can take about a week. So, generally, you can expect
to receive your CD about two weeks from the day of the photo
session.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paypal is a secure, encrypted online service which allows
anybody to send or receive credit card payments to/from anyone with
an email account. The above Paypal drop down menu links will take you to the Paypal sign
in page. If you already have an account at Paypal, you can simply
log in. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will note on the
left side of the page an option to continue without an account.
