Pricing is based on number of people in the category above. For families or weddings larger than 12 people, multiple families or groups, contact Maui Island Portraits for a quote. A very small wedding of just the couple and an officiant is generally offered at the large family rate.

To reserve a photo session, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photo session and prior delivery of the CD, which is generally about a week from the photo shoot. Or, you can make a full payment upon making your reservation and receive a 10% discount. Any of these payment options: deposit, balance or full with discount, can be made via the drop down Paypal menu within the appropriate category below. At times, additional fees are required for such contingencies as parking costs, travel outside the normal service area or to multiple locations, duplicate or multiple orders for CD's or if the family or occasion is a large group or for an extended period of time. Options for these are listed in the Additional Fees drop down menu for use when needed.

At Paypal, you will be given an option to include any notes, preferences, requests, etc. Please include a contact phone number and where you will be staying while on Maui along with any date and time information regarding the photo shoot.

Payment Options

Paypal is a secure, encrypted online service which allows anybody to send or receive credit card payments to/from anyone with an email account. The above Paypal drop down menu links will take you to the Paypal sign in page. If you already have an account at Paypal, you can simply log in. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will note an option to continue without an account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment for any reason up to one week prior the reserved date, you will receive a full refund*. Should weather prohibit the photo session and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund*. Sometimes unavoidable situations, such as traffic jams due to an accident or a fire, may close roads and prevent the session from taking place at the scheduled time. In such cases, if rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund*. If you need to cancel sometime during the week prior the appointment, you will receive 50% refund*. Should you be unable to make your appointment at the last minute, every effort will be made to reschedule. *minus the small Paypal transaction fee.

Privacy Policy. Maui Island Portraits/Ken Fields Photography does not release any personal information collected such as email or phone numbers. Maui Island Portraits/Ken Fields Photography retains all copyright of photographs and may use such photographs for advertising or marketing purposes including web postings or printed material, unless otherwise specifically requested otherwise.
